Maybe you didn’t know about me but I hate fast food restaurants. I just can’t put that trash to my body. I haven’t eat at McDonalds for eight years.
My passion for food is real and I believe: ‘My body is my temple’. It doesn’t mean I don’t eat pasta, pizza, chocolate etc. because I think you need balance in your meals and absolutely you can make these in a healthy way. But when I eat out I like to know what I’m eating and I try to find something which will be good for my body and soul. Actually after a good meal I can feel how it makes me more energized and has a positive impact on my body.
When I saw ‘Eat by CHLOE’ in one of my fav youtuber’s vlog, I put on my list to try it out in the US. (Now you can find ‘Eat by CHLOE’ in the UK as well.)
This is an animal-free (vegan), plant-based restaurant which uses eco-friendly packages, locally-sourced ingredients and the food is made by hands every day. It sounds so XX. centuries, right?
In my opinion, the fast food in 2018 is really need to be like this everywhere: fast, tasty and healthy. In ‘Eat by CHLOE’ they make the most popular fast food meals in vegan and these are not only healthy but so so delicious.
We tried the Mac n’Cheese which was the same as the original one, tasty and creamy but made with vegan cheese. The Classic Burger was amazing. Personally, I prefer vegan hamburgers because after one bite you have a taste orgasm in your mounth. This burger’s patty is made from tempeh, lentil, chia and walnut then they add some lettuce, onion, pickles, tomato and some extra beet ketchup. Ohh and the original (air baked) fries… who doesn’t LOVE fries?
For dessert we chose the Smoothie Bowls made from granola, banana, apple, blueberry, goji berry, chia seed, coconut and raw almond butter on top! Hmmm, it sounds so good.. and it was!
I think next time I’d like to try one of their pretty cupcakes.
